Experience Factory Antwerp does all three under one roof. A 15,000 m² venue on the Noorderlaan with closed meeting rooms, ten activities, a 1,100 metre kart track, a 2,000 m² rooftop and a kitchen that caters for four people or for a full house. Your board meets here in January, your fundraiser fills the building in October, and you never change address.

Up to 32 karts on the track at the same time, from one hour upwards. Run it as a sprint with individual times, or as a relay endurance with teams taking turns, which is what keeps a room busy for a whole evening.
The circuit measures 1,100 metres over three levels, up to 5.5 metres high, with 19 corners. Live timing on screens, a podium in the Podium Area, and a LED wall of 6.5 by 4 metres for your sponsors, your classification and your cause.
The Expo Hall covers 650 m² and takes 450 people in theatre setup or 450 for a reception or a dance floor. The Podium Area holds 200 in theatre setup with the LED wall and a microphone, which is where a speaker, an auction or a cheque handover belongs. Track View seats 100 for a banquet, right along the circuit.
Catering runs from a meeting break for four people to a premium lunch for 200. From 100 guests we build it to measure: sushi stand, gastronomic dinner, luxury walking dinner or a foodtruck festival. Drinks go on a single tab with wristbands, or on a fixed drinks package per person, so your budget stays where you set it.
Ten activities on one floor. Karting with junior karts for the children, Time Mission for up to 115 players at once, axe throwing, interactive darts, karaoke and the quiz. We build the rest of the programme with you.
Everything is indoors, so the weather never decides whether your day happens. Covered parking at the door, outside the low-emission zone, trams 1 and 6 in front of the building.
This is where a club actually makes its money. You book the karts, the lanes or the whole floor at our rate, then you decide what you charge the companies, the members or the teams who take part. Whatever sits between the two goes straight to your cause, and nobody but you sets that number.
A company pays for a team building it would have booked anyway, your club collects the difference, and the cause is the only one that gains. Service clubs are given a specific arrangement on top of this. Ask for it when you call, it is not the standard group rate.
Our Car Expo runs 365 days a year in the middle of the venue, from single-seaters to genuinely rare machines. For a club evening it gives you a decor nobody else offers, and a theme that raffles, auctions and sponsor packages sell themselves around.
We handle the venue, the staff, the safety briefings, the timing, the catering and the bar, plus one contact person from the first call to the evening itself.
You handle your sponsors, your ticket sales, your invoicing and your cause. We invoice your club once, for what you booked with us. What you collect around it never passes through our books.
Public prices, per hour, VAT included at 6%.
Karting is priced per kart and not per driver, because nobody races for a full hour on their own. Two or three drivers share one kart and take turns, so an hour with 32 karts on the track carries 64 to 96 people.
Those are the prices your club pays us. What you charge the people who take part is yours to decide, and the difference is what your cause collects.
Service clubs are given a dedicated arrangement on top of these rates. Ask for it when you get in touch, because it is not the standard group rate, and it changes what your evening brings in.
A club evening does not have to run on the track at all. The rooftop covers 2,000 m² and takes 750 guests for a reception in summer. The Expo Hall turns into a gala dinner, an auction room or a dance floor. The Viewing Platform looks straight down on the circuit with its own LED wall, for 100 guests who would rather watch than drive.
Brand the screens, hang your banners, put your cause on the LED walls: the room reads as your event for the evening, not as ours.
Our venue in Eupen hosts four to five service club fundraisers every year, most of them endurance races. Antwerp opens the same door, in a building that also does the dinner, the reception and the board meeting for up to 750 guests.
