The activities

Karting and Time Mission are the two main experiences. Alongside them you choose from axe throwing, interactive darts, karaoke, quiz, boxing, bar games and the gaming arcades, plus mini karting and our Car Expo. Ten activities under one roof.

Not everyone has to race. Anyone who would rather not hold a wheel or an axe heads for the quiz, the karaoke, the bar games or the arcades. Just as competitive, without the physical effort, and with nobody left standing aside.

Everything is indoors, and the hosting runs in Dutch, English and French. Curious what suits your team? Get in touch or plan a no-obligation call below, we are happy to think it through with you.

Karting: from 14 minutes, 32 drivers on the track at once. The circuit measures 1,100 metres across three levels, up to 5.5 metres high, with 19 corners including a spiral-up and a double-banked corner. Average lap time: 1:20. We run 72 adult karts and 8 junior karts from Tony Kart.

Time Mission: from 60 minutes, up to 115 players at once. 25 portals, teams of 2 to 5 people. Every portal tests intelligence, fitness and coordination; working together is the only way through.

Axe throwing: from 30 minutes, 30 throwers at once across 3 enclosed lanes, always with a coach explaining the technique.

Interactive darts: from 30 minutes, 48 players at once across 6 boards.

Karaoke: from 30 minutes in three boxes: two for 4 to 8 people, one for 8 to 16.

Quiz: from 30 minutes in television style, with 6 buzzers and up to 12 players per session.

Bar games: 5 pool tables, up to 20 players at once.

Gaming arcades: from 30 credits per person, up to 50 players at once.

Alongside these: boxing, mini karting and our Car Expo.

International teams. Time Mission, quiz and karaoke are hosted in Dutch, English and French. Karting in Dutch and English. A programme running entirely in English is no problem at all.

All indoors. Your programme goes ahead in rain, wind or heat. You need no weather alternative, because there is no weather.

From a single activity to a full company day

You decide what your day looks like. A single activity for a short team moment, or a programme that fills the whole day.

Sessions run from 14 minutes for karting, from 30 minutes for the social activities and from an hour for Time Mission. A teambuilding usually takes one and a half to three and a half hours from arrival to departure, registration and briefing included. Add catering, a meeting or a presentation and you turn it into a half or a full company day.

A teambuilding starts from € 39 per person, catering from € 48. Tell us what you have in mind and we will put a programme together for you.

It all starts with the two main experiences, karting and Time Mission. Around those you combine social activities: axe throwing, interactive darts, karaoke, quiz, boxing, bar games and the gaming arcades. Take one, or fill a whole day with them.

Different teams within the same group may follow different programmes. Useful when not everyone fancies the same challenge.

How long things take. A kart session from 14 minutes, Time Mission from an hour, the social activities from 30 minutes. Add 30 minutes of registration on top, and a safety briefing for karting. A 14 minute kart session therefore means about an hour on site.

Longer, different or tailor-made. A longer session, an activity not listed here, a combination with a meeting, or a full company day: we put it together. A teambuilding starts from € 39 per person. The full overview is in our business brochure, or ask straight away for a tailored proposal.

Every menu is served buffet-style, as a three-course meal with a starter, a main course and a dessert, from € 48 per person. That way your group keeps moving and keeps talking.

  • Urban Classics: nachos, pizzas, loaded fries and dessert bites.
  • Italian Classics: a tapas board, pastas and pizzas, Italian desserts.
  • Belgian Classics: a charcuterie board, beef stew and vol-au-vent, a Belgian waffle.
  • Cozy Classics: a BBQ with merguez, ribs, grilled chicken and scampi.
  • Cozy Exclusives: an Ofyr grill with picanha, entrecote and salmon on cedar wood.

For a full day you combine French Start, Meeting Break or Healthy Break, each for 4 to 100 people, with the Premium Lunch for 20 to 200 people.

From 100 people we put together a tailored proposal: a sushi stand, a gastronomic dinner, a luxury walking dinner or a food-truck festival.

On arrival you choose an aperitif, from a classic or cava to champagne, cocktails and mocktails. Drinks then run on account, with a wristband per guest and everything on one bill, or as a drinks package with a budget per person, a start and end time and a chosen drinks category.

This is where one location with ten activities makes the difference.

A group of 150? 115 people in Time Mission, 32 on the kart track, the rest at the darts. Everyone busy at the same time, nobody waiting.

A group of 400? Several blocks are enough. With a capacity of more than 600 people an hour, everyone does everything without your day overrunning.

At a classic kart track a large group runs in rotation: one team drives, the rest watch. That does not happen here.

Organising a teambuilding is never simple, everyone wants something different, and you need to balance fun with real team cohesion. Experience Factory Antwerp checks every box: multiple activities across 15,000m², easy access and on-site parking, tailor-made formulas, in-house catering, and the capacity to host anything from a small team to a 750-person event.

Yes. All teambuilding activities are indoor, inside our 15,000 m² venue. Rain, wind or heat therefore have no impact on your program, and no bad-weather alternative is needed.

Yes. Experience Factory Antwerp is set up for large teambuildings and corporate events of up to 750 people. For large groups we spread participants across several activities running at the same time and put together a tailor-made program.

A teambuilding does not have to revolve around karting. Colleagues can choose Time Mission, interactive darts, karaoke, the quiz game, boxing, the bar games or the gaming arcades, among others. Within one group, different teams can also follow different activities.

Time Mission is our large-scale action game, and one of our most popular teambuilding activities in Antwerp. Up to 23 teams of 2 to 5 people compete across 25 different rooms, taking on challenges built around speed, memory, logic, cohesion and general knowledge, putting several senses to the test. It works from small teams up to 100+ people at once, ideal for company teambuildings.

Yes. A teambuilding can be combined with a meeting, a briefing, a presentation, catering and drinks. For a meeting or briefing we have three fully enclosed private rooms; the largest measures 84 m² and seats 60 people theatre-style, with a 98 inch display. For a larger presentation there is the Podium Area with a 6.5 by 4 metre LED wall, or the Expo Hall for 450 people.

Experience Factory Antwerp organises teambuildings for groups of 4 to 750 people. Because several activities can run at the same time, both small teams and large companies fit in a single location.

Our teambuilding packages start from €39 per person. The final price depends on the number of participants, the activities chosen and any catering. Catering is available from €48 per person. For larger groups or a tailor-made program, we prepare a no-obligation quote.

There’s no true minimum to enjoy our packs. Depending on which one you choose, some activities carry their own minimum, for example, 4 people if the quiz game is part of your selection.

It’s best to plan at least 6 weeks ahead, and even earlier for bigger events. That said, if it’s a last-minute request, we can usually still look at solutions internally.

Depending on the package chosen, a teambuilding usually takes about 1.5 to 3.5 hours, from arrival to departure. Discovery includes two activities, Epic three and Legendary four; registration, briefing and the activities themselves are all part of that time. If you book a single activity, also allow for registration 30 minutes beforehand and, for karting, a safety briefing: a 14-minute kart session therefore means about an hour on site. Catering, a meeting or a presentation can be added to turn it into a half or full company day.

The difference is the number of activities. Discovery includes two activities of your choice (one main + one social), Epic three (two main + one social) and Legendary four (three main + one social). Main are karting and Time Mission; social are axe throwing, interactive darts, karaoke, quiz and the gaming arcades. Every pack starts from 4 people and from €39 per person. A fully tailor-made program is also possible.

More than 300 people can be active at the same time, which comes to a capacity of more than 600 people an hour. In practice: 115 players in Time Mission, 50 in the gaming arcades, 48 at the interactive darts, 32 drivers on the kart track, 32 in the karaoke boxes, 30 throwers at the axe throwing, 20 at the bar games and 12 in the quiz. Large groups therefore do not run in rotation, and nobody stands waiting.

Yes. We regularly welcome international teams, and a fully English-language program is possible. Depending on the activity, hosting is available in Dutch, English and French.

Yes. Experience Factory Antwerp has its own catering. Our group menus are served buffet-style as a three-course meal and start from € 48 per person. For a full day there are French Start, Meeting Break and Healthy Break for 4 to 100 people, and the Premium Lunch for 20 to 200. Yes. We already have vegan and gluten-free options on our regular menu. If you’re visiting as a group, for a teambuilding, for example, just let us know in advance so we can make sure everyone is well taken care of.

No. Experience Factory Antwerp is located outside Antwerp’s low-emission zone and is easy to reach via the Noorderlaan and the motorway.

Yes. There are 260 free parking spaces on site, 200 of them covered. For larger corporate events, parking capacity can be extended further. There is also parking for bicycles and motorcycles.

Right across from the building is the ‘Antwerpen Luchtbal Kerk’ stop, served by more than 8 De Lijn public transport lines, trams 1 and 6, and buses 70, 72, 641, 719, X70 and X71, so wherever you’re coming from, there’s a line that works for you. The nearest train station is Antwerpen-Luchtbal, about a 10-minute walk away.

Yes, we have a rooftop terrace of over 2,000m², large enough to host big groups and events. During the World Cup, for example, we screened matches there and added outdoor games open to everyone.
