From around 2-3 years old, a child can ride a mini kart as long as they’re accompanied; from about 4-5 they’re usually able to ride on their own.
With one of the few mini karting tracks existing in Europe, we also offer a racing experience for the youngest enthusiasts. We’ve designed a mini track that serves as a smaller version of our main track, perfect for introducing kids to the thrill of racing. Starting at the age of 2, children can sit with their parents or siblings on the kart, experiencing the excitement and feeling like real racing drivers.

They are real karts, 100% electric and built by a specialist kart manufacturer, only scaled down. Each one seats a child and an adult together, so a parent can ride along and help steer.
The acceleration is deliberately smooth and progressive, the wheelbase is short and the turning circle tight, which makes them easy to handle for a first time behind a wheel. A sound module gives the electric motor the noise of a real race car, which is usually the part the children remember.
Yes, and the kart does most of the work.
Braking is automatic: the child only has to lift their foot off the pedal and the kart slows down on its own, so there is nothing to learn before setting off. The adult riding along has a safety button within reach for anything unexpected.
The kart is wrapped in shock-absorbing bodywork designed to prevent karts from riding up on each other, and the mini track is built to the same safety standards as our main circuit.
Mini karts easily support the combined weight of an adult and a child. For very young children, we recommend a parent rides along; once they’re confident, kids can ride solo. As soon as they reach 1m30 tall, they can move up to the main karts.
Mini karting doesn’t require a reservation. We have 6 mini karts and each session lasts 5 minutes, so waiting times are usually short.
A 5-minute mini karting session costs €6.
You need to be at least 1m30 tall for a junior kart, and around 1m50 for an adult kart.
Experience Factory Antwerp welcomes every generation: mini karting from around 2-3 years old (accompanied), the main karting circuit from 1m30 tall (roughly age 7-8), Time Mission from age 6 (accompanied up to age 13), axe throwing from age 14, and no age limit at all for karaoke, quiz game or the arcade.
Yes, for a children’s birthday, we recommend one of our packs so every child gets to try several activities. We also set up a decorated table for the celebration. You’re welcome to bring your own birthday cake, in that case, we charge €1.50 per person for service and use of our facilities.
