FAQ
Your Experience ID is your personal profile at Experience Factory. It is free, you create it once, and everything is attached to it: your lap times, your licences, your wallet credit and your bookings. On site you identify yourself with your wristband, or with the QR code in our app.
It depends on the activity. For karting, axe throwing and Time Mission every participant needs their own Experience ID, because that is where the safety check-in is signed and where the results are recorded. For the arcades you need one to play. For pool, one Experience ID in the group is enough, since that is what the table is paid with.
Online on our Experience ID page, or on a kiosk at reception. You are asked for your last name, your first name and your date of birth. Creating it at home saves time at reception on a busy day, and it lets you complete your safety check-in in advance.
No. It is free and there is no subscription. You only pay for the activities you book.
To make paying easier and more convenient, you can top up a wallet on your Experience ID and use it for activities, drinks, food, lockers and more. Wallets can be shared with family or friends, and the more you top up, the more bonus credit you get, for example, deposit €48 and receive €50 of wallet credit, or deposit €185 and get €200. This is especially good value for groups.
The wristband is linked to your Experience ID. You hold it against the readers to start an activity and to pay from your wallet, so you do not have to carry a card or your phone around the venue. You keep it, so bring it back on your next visit. If you prefer, the QR code in our app does exactly the same thing.
For karting, axe throwing and Time Mission, yes: every participant has their own, whatever their age. It is also what carries a child’s licence. Bronze is earned during Start sessions and opens up Fun sessions, Silver is earned during Fun sessions and opens up Race sessions, and both are attached to the young driver’s own profile.
Both live on your Experience ID, so you see them in our app and on your profile online. Your Bronze, Silver or Gold licence is attached to the same profile, which is why your level follows you from one visit to the next.
No. The safety check-in is required before your first visit and it stays on your Experience ID afterwards. You can complete it online while you create your Experience ID, which means it is already taken care of when you arrive. It is a separate thing from the safety briefing given on site by the track marshal, which still applies every time.
On the login screen, enter the e-mail address or the racer name you registered with. If the password does not come back to you, use the “Forgot your password?” link on that same screen. If you are still stuck, reception can find your profile with your name and your date of birth.
Yes. The same Experience ID works at Experience Factory Antwerp and at Experience Factory Eupen, so you do not create a second profile when you visit the other venue. Your wallet credit follows you too: you can top up at one venue and spend it at the other.
