Your Mission
- The Customer Guru: You guide customers through their entire visitor experience and enthusiastically inform them about our center’s activities, services, and promotions.
- Digital Organizer: You manage the reservation system, the cash register, and other software tools like it’s second nature, ensuring the smooth operation of the shop and optimal product presentation.
- Feedback Facilitator: You collect customer feedback—both through reviews and direct contact—actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our ‘Legendary Fun’.
- Operations Support: You work closely with the Operations Managers to achieve the best results every single day.
Your Experience
- More than a degree, we are looking for the right personality!
- You preferably have experience in customer service (this is a plus, not a requirement).
- You possess excellent communication and social skills, and you know how to effortlessly adapt to a diverse audience.
- You have a sharp eye for detail.
- You are familiar with Microsoft Office; knowledge of reservation or POS (cash register) systems is a great advantage.
- You are flexible, versatile, and stress-resistant.
- You have a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- You speak fluent Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is an asset!
