Experience Factory is becoming the hotspot for fun & adrenaline enthusiasts in Antwerp!

As a Mechanic, you’ll be responsible for the smooth operation, maintenance, and safety of all equipment, arcade games, and facilities within the recreation center. Nevertheless your main focus will be our brand new E-Karts.  Manager.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs, primarily on our E-karts, but also on various types of equipment including arcade machines, dartboards, karaoke systems, pool tables, and other recreational equipment.
  • You’ll resolve technical issues quickly.
  • You’ll regularly perform checks and basic maintenance on the building infrastructure, such as plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and lighting.
  • You’ll provide technical support during special events or peak periods.
  • You’ll assist with setting up and dismantling equipment for events or activities.

Profile

  • More than just a diploma, we’re looking for the right person! You have experience in technical maintenance, preferably in a recreational, hospitality-oriented, or entertainment environment.
  • You have strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and general building maintenance.
  • You have the ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment.
  • You have strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
  • You can work independently and as part of a team.
  • You have a basic understanding of IT systems and networks to support technology-based activities.
  • You have a positive attitude.
  • You are flexible.
  • You speak fluent Dutch or English

We are looking for creating the best team with managers who will have excellent people skills.

As Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our Food & Beverage (F&B) operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This individual will lead a team to deliver top-quality service, you will work in close collaboration with the General Manager.

Tasks

  • You plan, coordinate, and supervise daily food and beverage operations
  • You manage inventory and stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking
  • You monitor the food process to maintain consistency
  • You recruit, train, and develop F&B staff to deliver exceptional service

Our multi-activity center in Antwerp is a high-energy mix of karting, arcade games, karaoke, axe throwing, pool tables, bar service, and more. We don’t just offer activities—we create unforgettable experiences.

We’re hiring students for several roles:

  • Front Desk Rockstar – You’re the first smile people see. You manage bookings, explain the activities, and rescue lost customers with your charm and know-how.
  • Track Marshal – Love speed? You ensure safety, brief our drivers like a pro, and keep the races smooth and safe (with a touch of flair).
  • Server / Bar Hero(ine) – You run the bar like a DJ runs the party. You serve, you chat, you keep the good vibes rolling. Bonus points if you can carry three trays and a nachos order at once.
  • Activity Operator – You guard our machines and activities like they’re little dragons.

Who we’re looking for:

  • You’re a student, available weekends and/or evenings.
  • You’re great with people and not afraid to talk to strangers (they usually turn out nice).
  • You’re adaptable—one day at the front desk, the next on the track, you roll with it like a pro.
  • You speak Dutch and/or English (French is a bonus), and you can stay cool when someone crashes both their kart and their cocktail order.
  • You want to work in a fun, young, and vibrant environment where laughter is basically part of the job description.

We’re all about speed, safety, and a seriously fun atmosphere. If you love motorsports, enjoy high-energy environments, and don’t mind the occasional smell of burning rubber, you might be exactly who we’re looking for!

Tasks

  • Give safety briefings that are so engaging, people will actually listen!
  • Keep an eagle eye on the track to make sure everyone plays fair (and stays safe!).
  • Wave flags like a pro—green for go, yellow for caution, and red if things get really wild.
  • Help out drivers when they spin out, crash, or decide their kart is suddenly a sculpture.
  • Be the track’s superhero, reacting quickly to incidents and keeping the races running smoothly.
  • Clean the track or help any other colleague who would require your helps
  • Work with an awesome team in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Someone who loves motorsports and isn’t afraid to get a little dirty.
    Quick reflexes and the ability to stay cool under pressure.
  • Good communication skills—you’ll be the eyes and ears of the track.
  • A team player who knows that a great atmosphere is just as important as the racing.
  • Availability on evenings, weekends, and when the adrenaline is at its highest
  •  Not addicted to cigarette break every 47 minutes

As Technical Maintenance, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, upkeep, and safety of all equipment, arcades and facilities within the leisure center, you will work in close collaboration with the Activity Manager.

  • You perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of equipment, including karting vehicles, arcade machines, dartboards, karaoke systems, billiards tables, and other recreational equipment
  • You troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • You conduct regular checks and perform basic repairs on building infrastructure, such as plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and lighting
  • You provide technical support during special events or high-demand periods.
  • You assist in the setup and dismantling of equipment for events or activities.

Requirements
