Absolutely not. Although our Karting Track is iconic, we offer a wide range of experiences. From the strategic rooms of Time Mission to the social vibe of our Karaoke, Quiz Game, and Arcade hall, there is a suitable activity for every passion and every level.
Time Mission is a team experience for groups of up to 120 people at a time. You compete in teams against the clock in different mission rooms that require both physical agility and mental agility. It’s the perfect activity to test your teamwork without having to wear a racing helmet!
Absolutely! Our Experience Factory is open to anyone who wants to enjoy its unique atmosphere. However, if you wish, you can always book an activity at the last minute, provided there is space available. If you don’t take part in any activities, our bar and rooftop terrace are the perfect places to relax. For groups of more than 20 people, it is best to book in advance through your event team.
No, but we are a real destination for families. Activities such as Time Mission and the Arcades are very popular with young people. Please note: there is a minimum age of 14 years (under supervision) for activities such as axe throwing.
Yes, Experience Factory uses a modern cashless system. At the counter or online, you can load an amount onto a wristband, which you can use to easily pay for your drinks and games. This allows you to focus entirely on having fun.
At Experience Factory, we use a smart, cashless system. You can easily create your account online in advance or do so on site during your first visit. You will then receive a personal wristband that is linked to your digital wallet. You can load credit onto this for activities, arcade games, and drinks. Your account also stores all your achievements and lap times, so you can track your progress and challenge yourself again and again.
We are located at Michiganstraat 1 in the port of Antwerp (Port 200), on a historic site where General Motors cars used to roll off the production line. There is ample parking available on site.

Experience Factory Antwerp is Europe’s largest indoor entertainment centre, spanning 15,000m². This modern multi-activity complex brings together karting, Time Mission (social gaming), karaoke, axe throwing, darts, quiz game, arcades and much more, all under one roof.

Yes, Experience Factory Antwerp is designed for every age. From age 3, kids can enjoy mini karting and the arcade, while adults and seniors will find just as much fun in karaoke or the quiz game. There’s something for every generation.

Yes, we have a rooftop terrace of over 2,000m², large enough to host big groups and events. During the World Cup, for example, we screened matches there and added outdoor games open to everyone.
Under one single roof, you’ll find a huge range of activities, and each one has been built to be best-in-class in its own right. Nowhere else will you find this concentration of different activities in a space this large.
Yes. We’re on the 4th floor, but lifts take you directly up to our complex, and once inside you can move around easily in a wheelchair.
Thanks to our relationships with local partners, we have 3 car boxes showcasing exceptional or for-sale vehicles. These car boxes are also available to companies wanting to showcase a car, or any other standout item, for a promotion or teambuilding event.
Yes. These cars carry forward the DNA of the building (a former General Motors factory) and add to the overall atmosphere of the venue, so the exhibition is free to view.
Yes, you can eat and drink on site. Outside food and drinks aren’t allowed (still water is the only exception).
Yes, all our activities are indoor, so your event always goes ahead, whatever the weather. Nevertheless, in case of good weather, you can enjoy our rooftop terrace.
Yes, like any tourist attraction, we’re insured for incidents that are our responsibility. That said, everyone remains responsible for their own actions, for example, if you deliberately drive your kart straight into a wall, that wouldn’t be considered our liability.

For many years, this building was home to General Motors’ Plant 1, a landmark deeply rooted in Antwerp’s industrial history that stood abandoned for around twenty years. Today it’s coming back to life, and Experience Factory Antwerp is proud to be part of that revival.
Our name has two meanings: first, our venues are always located in or near industrial zones; second, we don’t manufacture physical products, we’re a different kind of factory, one that manufactures experiences.

Experience Factory Antwerp welcomes every generation: mini karting from around 2-3 years old (accompanied), the main karting circuit from 1m30 tall (roughly age 7-8), Time Mission from age 6 (accompanied up to age 13), axe throwing from age 14, and no age limit at all for karaoke, quiz game or the arcade.
