Your Mission

As a Track Marshal, you are the director of the action. You ensure that every race on our brand-new E-karting track is not only lightning-fast but also 100% safe. You are the face of the track and the voice that inspires our guests.

What you will truly achieve:

  • Safety First: You deliver safety briefings with such passion that every racer is hooked and follows the rules flawlessly.
  • Race Control: You oversee the circuit like a pro, handle the flags correctly, and intervene decisively during incidents or spins to maintain the flow.
  • Customer Excellence: You create an amazing atmosphere on the track. Guests leave the kart with an adrenaline rush and a smile thanks to your guidance.
  • Team Growth: You work closely with your colleagues to take the center to the next level and actively contribute ideas for process improvements.
