Experience Factory is set to become the hotspot for fun & adrenaline junkies in Antwerp!

We are looking for creating the best team with managers who will have excellent people skills.

As Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our Food & Beverage (F&B) operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This individual will lead a team to deliver top-quality service, you will work in close collaboration with the General Manager.

Your Mission

    As our F&B Leader, you are the heartbeat of the guest experience. You will work side-by-side with the General Manager to turn our bar and dining areas into a destination of their own.

Your Experiences

  • More than just a degree, we’re looking for the right personality!
  • You have previous leadership experience in F&B, preferably in a fast-paced hospitality or entertainment environment.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of guests.
  • You have attention to detail and a passion for high-quality presentation (“nice things”).
  • You are able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • You are a positive-minded person who fosters a collaborative team environment.
  • You are flexible and ready to adapt to the needs of a brand-new center.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a strong plus.
