Experience Factory Eupen now has its own arcades. Mario Kart, Fast & Furious, Jurassic Park, Super Bikes, basketball, air hockey, claw machines with plush toys: there is something to play at every age, between two karting sessions or while the older ones throw axes.
Racing, shooting, sport and skill

Shooting: Jurassic Park Arcade, two players against the dinosaurs.

How it works
No coins at the arcades: you play with credits, loaded onto your Experience ID. At reception we link a wristband to your profile, and at the machine you simply scan it. The number of credits per game depends on the machine.
Top up at reception or online, from 9 euros for 18 credits. The bigger the top-up, the cheaper each credit. Among friends, one big top-up on a single profile can be shared with the same wristband.
With the family: karting, axes and arcades
The arcades are also part of our Discovery and Epic packs: one or two karting sessions, plus 30 minutes of axe throwing (from age 14) or 36 arcade credits. Everyone picks their own: the younger ones play the arcades while the older ones throw axes, then everybody meets on the track. The Discovery pack starts at 31 euros per person.

The machines don’t take coins: you play with credits loaded onto your Experience ID. At reception we link a wristband to your profile. At the machine you scan it and the credits for the game are deducted. The number of credits per game depends on the machine. A wristband can be shared: among friends, one big top-up on a single profile is enough for the whole group.
Credits are sold as top-ups: 18 credits for 9 euros, 60 credits for 24 euros, 130 credits for 49 euros and 250 credits for 79 euros. The bigger the top-up, the cheaper each credit. The Discovery and Epic packs can also include 36 arcade credits instead of the 30 minutes of axe throwing.
No, the arcades are played without booking, during our opening hours. You buy your credits at reception when you arrive, or online in advance. If you are also coming for karting, booking your session is still recommended.
Yes, the arcades are open to everyone, with no age limit. They round off a family visit nicely: axe throwing is only open from age 14, so the younger ones play the arcades while the older ones throw, then everybody meets on the karting track.
Yes, at the claw machines: the plush toy you grab is yours to keep. For now, these are the only prize games. The others are played for the score and for fun.
Yes. Our combo packs mix karting with axe throwing or arcade games: Discovery (1 karting session + 30 minutes of axe throwing or 36 arcade credits) from 31 euros, and Epic (2 karting sessions + the same) from 49 euros. For karting only, the 2.1 and 3.2.1 packs add a snack and drinks to your sessions. All packs can be booked online.
Your Experience ID is your personal driver profile at Experience Factory. It is free, you create it once, and everything is attached to it: your lap times, your licence, your wallet credit and your bookings. On site you identify yourself with the QR code in our app.
